摘　　要：随着经济快速发展及人们生活水平的提高,健康已经成为一种殷切的需求,功能性食品成为发展最为迅速的领域之一。本文系统介绍了功能糖作为一种健康食品配料,以其低热、低血糖反应、抗龋齿、肠道健康等功效在食品、保健品、医疗等各领域的广泛应用。With the rapid economic development and the improvement of people＇ s living standard, health has become a strong demand, and healthy food has become one of the most rapidly developing areas. The main characteristics such as low-calorie, low glyeemic response, anti-caries, intestinal health of the functional sugar are described, and the application in the healthy products, food and other fields are introduced.
