摘 要:为了更好的开发利用具有保健作用的亚麻籽油,分别使用超临界提取法,溶剂提取法,冷榨法和热榨法提取亚麻籽油,比较油脂的提取率和感官性状,并进行GC-MS分析。试验结果显示:大规模生产亚麻籽油以冷榨法为优;通过24-1析因试验分析得出,物料含水量、压力和物料粒径对试验结果影响较大,温度影响不显著,物料含水量为负影响因素,压力和物料粒径均为正影响因素。利用Box-Behnken响应面法对冷榨亚麻籽油工艺进行优化,冷榨亚麻籽油最优条件:压榨压力32.30 MPa,物料水分含量5%,物料粒径3.0 mm,亚麻籽油提取率可达23.05%,比优化前提高了26.65%。该工艺技术可为推动油用亚麻产业化提供理论和技术支持。In order to better develop and utilizate the flaxseed oil that has all kinds of function, Flaxseed oil was prepared by supereritical extraction, solvent extraction, and hot-pressed. Comparing oil yield and sensory properties, and the composition of flaxseed oil was analyzed by GC/MS. The results showed that the cold-pressed is a better method for large-scale production of flaxseed oil. The effects of various parameters such as pressure, temperature, material moisture content, and material particle size were investigated by a fractional factorial design (24-1) to determine the significant pa- rameters and their interactions. The results showed that material moisture content, pressure and material particle size are significant. Moisture of material negative impact factors, extraction pressure and the material particle size are positive im- pact factors. The response surface methodology (RSM), based on Box-Behnken design was employed to obtain the opti- mum conditions of the significant parameters. The optimal conditions could be obtained at a pressure of 32.30 MPa, ma- terial moisture content of 5%, and the material particle size 3.0 mm. Flaxseed oil extraction rate could be 23.05%, 26.65% higher than before optimization. The technology can provide theoretical and technical support to promote flaxseed oil industrialization.
