摘  要:本科生科技创新能力的培养,是我国高等学校教育教学改革的重要内容。以团队作为载体,培养本科生科技创新能力,总结了团队运行10年来5个方面的实践研究经验,即:建设培养体系,构建交流互动机制;引导学生参加科研,培养创新能力;实施校企合作,提升本科生工程实践素养;以学科竞赛为载体,培养学生的协作精神,增强综合素质;总结创新教育的实践研究经验,凝练成教学学术成果,与同行分享和交流。Training for scientific and technological innovation ability of undergraduates, which is a very important element of reform of education and teaching of the university in China. This paper proposes a team training mode for scientific and technological innovation ability of undergraduates based on team as the carrier, and summar/zes the successful practical research experience via 5 aspects of the operation of the team during 10 years, including the following: To build a training system and construct an exchange interaction mechanism; To guide undergraduates to participate in scientific research and train their ability of innovation; To implement industry-university collaboration and improve undergraduates' engineering practice accomplishment; To train undergraduates ' spirit of collaboration and enhance their overall quality which is based upon discipline contest; To summarize the practical research experience of innovative education, and then to condense it into teaching academic achievements, which are shared and exchanged them with all academic colleagues.
