小学教师培养理念取向省思

摘  要:随着中国基础教育课程改革及教师专业化的不断深入,培养高质量的小学教师已成为众多高校追求的共同目标。如何培养出高素质的小学教师则出现了不同的理念取向,有的重视能力本位、有的采取知识本位、有的倡导实践反思、有的实施标准本位。不同的培养理念取向,其培养的目标、做法也不尽相同。当前中国已颁布《小学教师专业标准》,如何以标准为引领和导向来培养高素质的小学教师,乃是人们要思考的重要课题。Because of the basic education curriculum reform and teachers' specialization development,how to cultivate high- quality primary school teachers has become the common goal of many colleges and universities. As for the question of how to cultivate high- quality teachers, different people hold different opinions and take different measures. Some emphasize competence- based teaching mode, some prefer knowledge- based mode,some propose practice reflection and some implement standard- based mode.Due to different training ideas,people set different training goal and taking different measures. At present, Elementary School Teachers' Professional Standards has been issued. Then, how to follow this standard to train high- quality primary school teachers is still a very important subject to educators.
