摘 要:以不同来源的鱼肠内容物为原料,采用改良MRS培养基进行培养,分离到28株乳酸菌疑似菌株。利用生理、生化和分子生物学手段,从28株疑似菌株中鉴定出2株嗜酸乳杆菌D1和B3。通过DPPH清除率试验,从2株目的菌株中选取较高清除率的菌株D1做进一步研究。结果表明D1是1株具有高抗氧化能力,并对新霉素、菌必治、丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素等常见药物有一定耐药性的优良嗜酸乳杆菌。28 suspected strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from intestinal tracts of fish in Modified MRS. By physiology biochemistry and molecular biology identification, two excellent Lactobacillus acidophilus named D1 and B3 were identified from 28 suspected strains. According to DPPH scavenging rate experiments, the higher clearance rate strain D1, which was selected from the two purposes strains, would be used to further research. The results indicated that D1 is an excellent Lactobacillus acidophilus, which had a high antioxidant capacity and resistance of neomycin, ceftriaxone, amikacin, gentamicin.
