摘　　要：论述了数学教育与素质教育的关系 ,提出了高师数学教育中实施素质教育应转变的 4种教育观念及落实在课程和教学方法改革等方面的基本策略。This article discusses the relationship between mathematic teaching and quality-education and points out the teaching ideas that should be changed in the pro cess of mathematic teaching in normal university and some basic strategy on how to carry then out in terms of lessons and teaching methods.
