摘　　要：低聚糖、蜂蜜是绿色糖源 ,与玫瑰醋配伍 ,制得低聚糖玫瑰醋系列产品 ,具有技术健身、开胃清肠、防病抗癌之功效 ,是抑制有害菌繁殖、预防骨质疏松的有效补充剂 。A series of vinegar products were produced with oligosaccharicde,honey and rose.The products have the functions of health-promoting,appetite-promoting,and anti-cancer.They also have the effect of inhibiting growth of bacteria,preventing osteoporosis and have a bright developing prospect.
