摘　　要：对江苏、浙江、福建三省的调查表明:基础教育课程的实施与管理,目前还存在许多问题,国家应对基础教育课程管理体制、政策和模式做出必要的、及时的调整和改革。A survey of three provinces, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian, shows that there are many problems in the implementation and management of basic educational curriculum. The state should make necessary and timely adjustment and reform about the administering system, policy and model of the basic educational curriculum.
