摘　　要：在全科医师神经科临床实习教学中 ,作者对学员的神经科临床技能进行了有重点的强化训练 ,使学员在神经科查体、神经科阅片能力、定位诊断和临床思维能力几方面均有提高 ,收到较好的教学效果。In order to carry forward neurological skill training of general practitioners,the authors made the intensive training of neurological skills for general practitioner.Through the intensive training,students markedly improved their skills in physical examination for nervous system and in evaluating the results of CT and MRI photos.They also have greater ability in diagnosis and mode of clinical thinking.The authors also made discussion on importance on teaching of neurological skills of general practitioners.
