摘  要:通过对蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)菌丝液体发酵产纤溶酶的实验研究,获得了蛹虫草纤溶酶液体发酵的适宜参数.结果表明,蛹虫草菌丝液体发酵产纤溶酶的适宜碳源为玉米粉和蔗糖,豆饼粉和较高浓度的玉米浆(8%∽12%)作为氮源是适宜的,培养基中适量添加MgSO(40.05%)、KH2PO(40.1%)和CaCl(20.05%)、MnSO(40.05%)等无机盐有利于蛹虫草纤溶酶产生;发酵pH值以4.5∽5.5为宜,温度以22∽24℃为宜,培养时间以6∽7 d为宜.In this paper, the influence of several single factors on the Cordyceps militaris mycelia biomass and fibrinolytic enzyme in liquid cultures were studied. It was found that the media constitutes have a excellent effect on the yield of C.militaris biamass and fibrinolytic enzyme, and the corn flour, sucrose and the soybeanextract and corn steep liquor powder (CSL) with high concentration were better than others; the inorganic salt 0.05% MgSO4, 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.05% CaCl2 and 0.05% MnSO4 was helpful for C.militaris mycelia fibrinolytic enzyme secreation; meanwhile, the optimal pH value 4.5-5.5, the cultural temperature 22-24℃, and the incubation duration time 6-7 days were suitable for C.militaris fibrinolytic enzyme secreation.
