摘 要:以亚麻籽为原料,以水为浸提溶剂,利用恒温搅拌提取工艺制备亚麻籽胶。分别考察了提取温度、提取时间、溶剂倍数、提取次数对亚麻籽胶提取率的影响,并通过单因素和正交试验确定了亚麻籽胶最佳提取工艺为提取温度75℃,提取时间1.5 h,溶剂倍数15,提取次数1次,该条件下亚麻籽胶的提取率可达5.83%。Selecting water as the solvent and flaxseed as material, extraction experiments were conducted with the constant stirring to extract flaxseed gum. The study investigated the effects of extraction temperaane, duration, seed to solvent ratio and extraction times on the yield of flaxseed gum. Based on the Orthogonal experiment, the optimal parameters under the experimental conditions were extraction temperature 75 ℃, extraction duration 1.5 h, solvent ratio 15 and extraction time only once. Under this condition, the yield offlaxseed gum was 5.83%.
