摘　　要：研究了三大类4种白酒蒸馏尾水中的油状物,结合该几类尾水油状物表观性质的不同对其组分差异进行了比较,并对其应用提出了建议。Oily substances in tail distilled water from four kinds of Baijiu（liquor） of three different types were investigated. The differences in the compositions and in the appearance of these oily substances were compared. Finally, some advice for the application of the oily substances were put forward.
