基于学生视角的高职轨道交通类专业课教学有效性调查研究

摘　　要：针对当前低效或无效的高职轨道交通类专业课教学存在的问题、形态及根源进行了基于学生视角的调查研究,并根据高职轨道交通类的专业特色和就业特点,从激发学习动机、制订有效教学目标、组织合理教学内容、设计工作化的教学模式及"订单班"的特别管理等角度提出了提高专业课教学有效性的建议,以促进学生自身能动性的发挥,达到改善教学效果的目标。In view of the current existing rail transportation vocational professional teaching inefficient or ineffective problem, morphology and root, the paper goes into the investigation and study, proposing some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of teaching according to professional characteristics of rail traffic Vocational College from stimulating learning motivation; establishing the effective teaching goals, arranging reasonable teaching contents, designing the working teaching mode and implementing？ ＂order class＂ special management etc and promote the students＇initiative into full play to realize the effect of teaching target.
