摘　　要：本文采用ICP-MS法对市售3种保健酒中Pb、Mn、As、Hg、Sn、Cd、Sb共7种微量元素进行了分析测定。研究表明：使用ICP-MS仪器进行检测分析时,DL为9.815E-03~4.059E-02;在选定的实验条件下,各测定元素间互不干扰,可同时测定同一样品液中的多种元素;加标回收率为90.61%~109.46%。与五粮浓香型白酒产品相比,3种保健酒中Mn元素含量稍高,2种保健酒中Sn元素含量稍高,其他元素指标差别不大,7种元素含量均在安全限量以内,符合国标要求。The contents of 7 metals elements （Pb,Mn,As,Hg,Sn,Cd,Sb） in three kinds of commercial health care liquor were determined by ICP-MS. According to research：using ICP-MS instrument for testing , DL is 9.815E-03~4.059E-02;under the selected experimental conditions, no interference between different elements, the same sample solution could be determined simultaneously in a variety of elements;recoveries were 90.61%~109.46%. Compared with Wuliang-flavour liquor , three kinds of Mn element in health care liquor was higher , two kinds of Sn element slightly health care liquor was higher , other elements had not obvious difference , seven kinds of elements were within safe limits, in line with national standards.
