高职教师教学能力发展的路径和策略研究

摘　　要：作为职业教育的重要组成部分,高等职业教育的发展与变革使得高职教育教学的特点凸显,这对高职教师的教学能力提出了挑战。要提高高职教师的教学能力,必须完善政策制度,提供保障教师教学能力发展的宏观环境;探索培养路径,研究高职教师教学能力发展的可操作模式;立足学校,优化教师教学能力发展的平台,构建共生的教学团队;启发教师的自觉,实现教师教学能力的自主发展。As the important part of vocational education, the development and reform of higher vocational education made the characteristics of higher vocational education promi- nent, which challenged the faculty teaching capability in higher vocational education. To im- prove the teaching capability, it should consummate the policy and institution, and create the macrQ-environment of safeguarding the faculty teaching capability; implore the pathway, and research the operable model of developing the teaching capability; optimize the platform for the teaching capability, and construct the teaching team symbiotically; inspire the conscious- ness of faculty, and realize their selfdevelopment.
