增效因子对木醋杆菌合成细菌纤维素增效机理的研究

摘　　要：以椰子水、玉米浆、Twenn-80、CMC、烟酸和生物素作为增效因子,通过对木醋杆菌合成细菌纤维素过程中发酵液呼吸量、缓冲力、聚合度及蛋白质含量的测量及分析,探究了增效因子对木醋杆菌合成细菌纤维素的增效机理:椰子水、烟酸和生物素的添加有利于菌体的生长,玉米浆内丰富的营养物质有利于菌体生长且能显著增强发酵液的缓冲能力,从而增加细菌纤维素产量;CMC使发酵液的粘度增大,从而改变了细菌纤维素的聚合方式;Twenn-80在一定范围内,不抑制菌体生长,但能增加细胞膜的通透性,有利于释放产物。Coconut water, corn steep liquor, Twenn-80, CMC, niacin and biotin are used as synergistic factors of Acetobacter xylinum to ferment bacterial cellulose. During the process of fermentation, the following indexes are analyzed.- the changes of respiration, buffering capacity, protein content of fermentation broth and polymerization degree of BC. Then the synergistic mechanisms are explored. Coconut water, niacin, biotin could promote the growth of A. xylinurn. Corn steep liquor contains abundant nutrients to promote the growth of A. zylinum and significantly enhance the buffering capacity of fermentation broth. CMC enhances the viscosity of fermentation broth and change the way of bacterial cellulose polymerization. A reasonable amount of Twenn-80 could not suppress the growth of A. xylinum, but could increase the permeability of cell membrane and be beneficial to the release of bacterial cellulose.
