摘　　要：阐述语言中的文化词是民族文化概念的体现,在其他文化或民族中很难找到,由此产生"词汇空缺"现象。以异化、归化翻译策略为指导,通过实例分析,认为文化词可用音译、音译+解释、音译+意译、直译和意译等多种方法进行翻译。The paper presents that cultural words embody cultural concepts and details for a specific nation. There is no similar expression in any one culture or language to that in another, thus bringing about lexical vacancy. It is guided by the translating strategies of foreiguization and domestication, and illustrated with examples. It is concluded that translating skills such as transliteration and literal translation can be adopted in translating Chinese cultural words into English.
