摘  要:研究了3株源于海参肠道的酵母菌HS-J6,HS-J8和HS-J9中胞外多糖的提取及其抗氧化活性。采用95%乙醇沉淀、Sevage法除蛋白、透析、冷冻干燥获得其胞外粗多糖,分别命名为EPS6、EPS8和EPS9,采用3种方法测定它们产胞外多糖的抗氧化能力。结果表明,3种胞外多糖都具有一定的抗氧化能力,EPS6和EPS8的还原力相近,明显高于EPS9。EPS9对O-2·的清除能力最强,清除率最大为35.3%;EPS6对·OH的清除能力最强,最高可达91.5%。Three yeast strains of exopolysaccharide-producing named HS-J6,HS-J8 and HS-J9 were isolated from sea cucumber intestine.Three water-soluble polysaccharides named EPS6,EPS8 and EPS9,were extracted by 95% ethanol precipitation,deproteinization via Sevage,dialysis and lyophilization.The antioxidation of extracellular polysaccharide was test,and the results showed that the reduction capacity of EPS6 and EPS8 were significant higher than that of EPS9.But EPS9 exhibited high scavenging effects on O-2·radicals,with the maximum scavenging rate about 35.3%.The·OH radical scavenging activity of EPS6 was the highest,with the scavenging rate about 91.5%.
