影子教育的利弊分析及其规范对策

摘　　要：影子教育与主流学校教育相对,是各种课外辅导与补习的统称。近几年由于市场需求的大量增加,我国影子教育飞速发展。影子教育的发展在一定程度上可以弥补主流学校教育的不足,提供就业岗位,缓解我国严峻的就业压力,有其存在的合理性,但同时还应看到影子教育本身存在的问题及其对教育均衡、社会分层与学生学习负担等方面带来的消极影响。因此,对待我国影子教育既不能简单取缔,也不能任其自由发展,需要通过出台具体政策、改革现有教育评价机制、提供针对低收入家庭的教育补偿服务等措施规范影子教育以减少其消极影响,促进影子教育与主流学校教育和谐发展。Shadow education,which is different from mainstream school education,means varieties of extracurricular tutoring and supplementary education. In recent years,due to the large increase in market demand,the shadow education has developed rapidly in our country. Shadow education＇s development can make up for the lack of mainstream school education to a certain extent,provide jobs and alleviate the employment pressure in our country,so there is the rationality for its existence. At the same time,we should also see the problems of shadow education itself and its negative influence on education equilibrium,social stratification and learning burden.Therefore,the shadow education in our country can＇t be simply banned,and can＇t be allowed to develop freely either. We should reduce the negative influence of shadow education through the introduction of specific policies,reforming the existing education evaluation mechanism,providing educational compensation services for low income families and other measures to regulate the shadow education so as to promote the harmonious development of shadow education and education in mainstream schools.
