摘  要:乳酸菌可促进机体胆汁酸的肠肝循环、脂质代谢,同时可以改善动物肠道结构,增强动物免疫系统的功能。本试验中通过给随机分为4组的小鼠灌喂不同剂量的植物乳杆菌X3-2B,来研究不同剂量乳酸菌对动物机体体征的影响及其益生特性,结果表明:不同剂量植物乳杆菌X3-2B可提高小鼠对饲料的利用率,而对各组小鼠脏器质量无显著影响。灌喂植物乳杆菌X3-2B14 d时,各试验组小鼠血常规各项指标都在正常健康范围,表明各试验组小鼠无炎症,无造血功能障碍,无免疫缺陷等病症,可降低小鼠血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,促进机体肠肝循环,增加粪便中胆固醇、甘油三酯、胆汁酸的排出;高剂量组粪便中胆汁酸含量达86.76 mmol/L;小鼠十二指肠肠绒毛大于其它试验组,达345.75μm。本研究结果为进一步研究乳酸菌改善动物肠道结构及其益生特性奠定基础。Lactic acid bacteria can promote the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids, lipid metabolism and animal intestinal structure, enhance the animal's immune system function. Rats were randomly assigned into four treatments and supplement of Lactobacillus plantarum X3-2Bwith different dosage, to evaluate the Signs of rats. Results indicated that X3-2Bimproved utilization of forage and there were no significant difference in Viscera weight. General signs, organs index, and biochemistry parameters of serum were in healthy range, indicated no inflammation, blood disorders, immune deficiency and other symptoms of rats, values for serum TC, TG, and TBA concentrations decreased significantly, TC and TBA in faeces increased at the same time and TBA concentration was 86.76 mmol/L in high dose group, duodenum intestinal villus is greater than the other group(347.75 μm). Lay the foundation for further studying the characteristics of lactic acid bacteria and improve animal intestinal structure.
