白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯检测方法的研究

摘　　要：研究开发了一种用于白酒中二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate,DBP)的新的检测方法:以氘代邻苯二甲酸酯(D4-DBP)为内标的内标法。使用气相色谱-质谱仪为研究手段,和国标中的外标法做了对比,评估了内标法的精密度和准确度。研究结果显示,当DBP浓度处于0.6 mg/kg以下时,内标法的精密度和准确度与外标法类似。DBP浓度高于0.6 mg/kg时,内标法测量数据比外标法偏低。因此,内标法更适合在DBP浓度偏低时使用,在不影响测量结果的前提下,省去了配置标准曲线的步骤,比传统外标法操作更为便利。In this study, a new detection method of dibutyl phthalate in Baijiu by using deuterated phthalic acid ester （D4-DBP） as the internalstandard has been developed. Compared with the external standard method in ISO Standards via GC-MS, the precision and the accuracy of bothmethods were close as DBP concentration was below 0.6 mg/kg, however, the detection data of internal standard method were comparativelylower than that of external standard method as DBP was above 0.6 mg/kg. Accordingly, intemal standard method was more suitable as DBPconcentration was low, which could shorten the operation time of preparing the standard curve without any adverse effects on the analytic re-sults.
