摘　　要：邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物是使用最广泛的塑化剂。白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂主要来源于塑料接触材料,而非人为添加。白酒塑化剂事件爆发后,中国(大陆、香港和澳门地区)以及韩国等国家和地区明确提出了对白酒中塑化剂的限量要求,欧盟、美国等也对食品中塑化剂限量及迁移限量做出了明确规定。该文归纳了白酒及其接触材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂限量要求及检测标准。详细分析了各标准在检测对象、适用范围等方面的异同及缺失,提出了规避检测干扰的措施。Phthalate are the most widely used plasticizer. The phthalic acid esters plasticizer in Baijiu （Chinese liquor） mainly comes from plastic contact materials, but not artificially added. After the outbreak of the plasticizer incident in Baijiu, the government of China's Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, South Korea and other countries or regions put forward the limited requirements of plasticizer in Baijiu. The European Union and the United States also made the rules of plasticizer limit and plasticizer migration limit in food. The paper summarized the testing standard and limited requirements of phthalate plasticizer in Baijiu and the contact materials, analyzed the similarities, differences and deficiency between objects and scope of application of the standards, and discussed the measures to avoid interference.
