摘 要:建立了固液萃取(SLE)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定葡萄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)含量的检测方法。以硅藻土为吸附剂,二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,对葡萄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯进行萃取。结果表明,二氯甲烷用量为70 m L,酒样中乙醇体积分数低于12%,萃取效果最佳。EC在200~1 600μg/L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.997 9)。加标回收率为91.30%~99.90%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.26%~1.98%,方法的精密度RSD值为1.61%~3.06%。表明该方法准确度高、重现性和精密度良好,适合用于葡萄酒样品中EC含量的检测。The determination method of ethyl carbamate (EC) in wine was established by SLE combined with GC-MS. Using diatomite as adsorbent, dichloromethane as extraction solution, the EC in wine was extracted. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follow: dichloromethane dosage 70 ml, ethanol content in wine 〈 12%. EC had a good linear relationship in range of 200-1 600 μg/L (RZ=0.997 9), the adding standard recovery rate was 91.30%-99.90%, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.26%-1.98%. The RSD of method precision was 1.61%-3.06%. Due to high accurate, good reproducibility and accuracy, the method could be used for the determination of EC content in wine.
