摘　　要：通过研究二阶延迟微分方程y”（t）=λy（t）+μy（t-τ）,λ,μ∈R\{0}的特征方程根的分布,给出了方程的解析解渐近稳定的一个充分必要条件。By analyzing the distribution of the zeros of the characteristic equation of second - order delay differential equationswhere λ,μ∈R\{0}, the necessarty and sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the analytic solution are given.
