摘　　要：随着教育改革,全面提高技术技能型人才进入到新的阶段。打造一支文化水平精湛,应用技能娴熟,师资结构合理的教师队伍是当今高校应该重视的方面,培养"双师"素质是当今高校提高教育教学水平必须努力实现的目标。文章从国内外师资队伍建设发展现状出发,分析"双师型"教师的具体内涵,通过分析总结,给出构建校企联合培养"双师型"教师队伍的模式和策略。Along with the education reform, comprehensive improve technology skilled talents into a new stage. Build a culture of high level, the application of skilled, reasonable structure of the teachers is the aspects that today's universities should pay attention to ,develop " double teacher" quality is the goal that universities to improve education teaching level must strive to achieve. This article embarks from the domestic and foreign development status of teachers,specific analysis of the connotation of "double teacher",through the analysis summary,to give the mode and strategy that school-enterprise joint cultivation of "double teacher ".
