摘  要:目的评估团队学习在住院医师临床思维训练中的应用效果。方法研究对象为住院医师,临床思维训练课程是以团队学习方法为主,基于临床真实病例标准化设计的小班教学。课程评价包括课前和课后的临床思维自评,以及课程反馈评价。结果研究共纳入106名住院医师。临床思维的课前自评整体较低(25.5%~31.1%),但课后有明显提升(50.9%~63.2%),且一年级的提升效果较二年级明显,但二年级的课程讨论投入和贡献高于一年级。课程整体满意度较高(94.3%)。结论团队学习在住院医师临床思维训练中的满意度较高,能有效提升住院医师的临床思维综合能力,且一年级的学习效果优于二年级,因此,应尽早开展对住院医师的规范化临床思维训练。Objective To evaluate the application of team-based learning in resident’s clinical reasoning training.Methods The participators were residents.The clinical reasoning training course was a small class which set on real clinical cases with team-based learning method.There were pre-and pro-course self-assessment for clinical reasoning ability,and course feedback.Results There were 106 residents in the research.The pre-course self-assessment was low(25.5%~31.1%),but been improved significantly after course(50.9%~63.2%).And the first grade group was more significantly than the second grade,while the second grade participated and contributed more than the first grade.The satisfaction of the course was high totally(94.3%).Conclusion Team-based learning could improve residents’clinical reasoning ability efficiently,and it’s better in the first grade than the second grade.So,for residents’clinical reasoning training,it may be the earlier the better.
