摘  要:中庸思维对创新所起的作用,一直处于激烈的争论之中。为了探究中庸思维与团队创新之间的关系,基于文化资本理论,引入知识交换与结合作为中介变量,团队信任作为调节变量,构建了中庸思维、知识交换与结合、团队信任和团队创新之间的理论模型。本文以来自53个工作团队的423名团队成员为样本,线性回归分析发现:(1)中庸思维与团队创新显著正相关;(2)中庸思维与知识交换与结合显著正相关;(3)知识交换与结合在中庸思维影响团队创新的关系中起到部分中介作用;(4)中庸思维与团队信任的交互对于知识交换与结合具有显著的正向影响。该结论对于提升中国人文化自信、促使组织正确看待和利用中庸思维有重要意义。As an important cognitive and thinking way,zhong-yong thinking affects Chinese people’s behavior deeply.Based on the culture capital theory,this article mainly investigates the relationship between zhong-yong thinking and team innovation and analyzes the mediating influence of the knowledge exchange and combination as well as the moderating effect of the team trust on the relationship above.It sets up a theoretical model about zhong-yong thinking,knowledge exchange and combination,team trust and team innovation.Based on a sample of 423 members in 53 work teams,we find that:Firstly,zhong-yong thinking has a positive effect on team innovation.Secondly,zhong-yong thinking has a positive effect on knowledge exchange and combination.Thirdly,knowledge exchange and combination plays a mediating role between zhong-yong thinking and team innovation.Finally,the interaction between zhong-yong thinking and team trust has a positive influence on knowledge exchange and combination.The conclusion is of great significance for improving the Chinese cultural confidence and promoting the correct view and application of zhong-yong thinking of the organization.
