摘 要:近年来,快速发展的食品工业使得社会对食品科学与工程专业人才的需求不断提高,而高校在人才培养体系上的不完善制约着高素质人才的输出。现阶段,教育部认证委员会出台了相应的认证标准对食品专业推行了工程教育认证,为我国食品工程教育的发展指明了方向。本文从食品专业理论教学体系在工程教育专业认证的意义出发,对比剖析了国内外该专业教学培养体系的现状,进一步浅谈在工程认证的背景下,如何改革和构建专业理论教学体系,为优化和提高食品科学与工程的理论教学培养体系提供理论思路。In recent years,the rapid development of the food industry of food science and engineering specialty demand increases,the universities in the personnel training system is not perfect restricting output high-quality talents.At this stage,the Certification Committee of Ministry of Education issued a corresponding certification standards implementation of the engineering education accreditation of food professional,specified the direction for the development of China's food engineering education.This paper from the engineering education accreditation the significance of food professional teaching system of theory of comparative analysis of the status of the professional teaching training system at home and abroad,further discussion on engineering certification under the background,how to reform and construct professional theory teaching It provides a theoretical train of thought for optimizing and improving the theory teaching and training systemof food science and Engineering.
