摘　　要：从海带的生物活性研究和海带系列产品的开发两方面对海带的研究现状进行概述,简要介绍海带多糖的生物活性研究、海带多糖的降解方法、海带脱腥研究和海带系列产品的开发现状,为海带的相关研究提供一定参考。The research situation of Laminaria japonica aresch from two aspects of the biological activity and the development of series product was introduced,the research situation,including the activity research of Laminaria japonica aresch polysaccharides,the degradation methods of kelp polysaccharides,the deodorization methods of the development status of products was elaborated,some references for the related research of Laminaria japonica aresch was provided.
