摘  要:教师是远程教育系统的重要组成部分。远程教育教师的专业发展有利于提高远程教育质量,促进远程教育的可持续发展和创新。本文对远程教育教师专业发展目前存在的主要问题进行了分析,认为培训缺乏系统性和规划性,存在着重"学科研究"、轻"教学研究"的现象,教师专业发展过程中缺少引路人和同伴。并据此提出了远程教育教师专业发展的策略,即建立合理的"培训制度",优化远程教育教师专业发展环境;提倡"教学学术",使教师成为远程教育的研究者;营造良好的"教师文化",构建远程教育教师学习共同体。Teachers are an important part of the distance education system. The professional development of distance education teachers is of great significance for improving the quality of distance education and promoting the sustainable development and innovation of distance education. This paper analyses the main problems existing in the professional development of distance education teachers, and points out that present training lacks systematicness and planning, that there is a phenomenon of emphasizing "subject research" and neglecting "teaching research", and that there is a lack of guides and peers in the process of teachers’ professional development. On this basis, the author puts forward the strategies for the professional development of distance education teachers, namely, establishing a reasonable "training system" to optimize the environment for the professional development of distance education teachers;advocating " teaching scholarship" to make teachers become researchers in distance education;creating a good "teacher culture" and building a "teacher learning community" in distance education.
