摘  要:学校治理是教育治理的关键所在,推进学校内部多元主体参与管理是完善学校内部治理结构的重要方面。教师作为学校内部的核心要素,在参与学校管理工作的过程中,存在着"教师无法参与""教师无效参与""教师不愿参与"以及"教师过度参与"等现实问题。推进学校共治,完善学校内部治理结构,建立现代学校制度,需要从校长管理风格、学校氛围、管理机制、教师培训等方面进行改进。School governance is the key to education governance. Promoting the participation of multiple subjects in school management is an important aspect of improving the school internal governance structure. Teachers,as the core elements of the school,in the process of participating in school management work, there are many practical problems,such as "teachers cannot participate","teachers’ ineffective participation","teachers’ unwillingness to participate"and "teachers’ excessive participation". In order to promote the Co-governance of schools,improve the internal governance structure of schools and establish a modern school system,it is necessary to take measures to improve principals’ management style,school atmosphere,management mechanism and teacher training.
