网络环境下“PBL-项目引领”教学模式在“食品加工技术”课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：探讨网络环境下“PBL-项目引领”教学模式在“食品加工技术”课程教学中的应用。结果表明,网络环境下把这2种教学方法综合运用在教学中,提高了学生自主学习能力及开拓能力,使学生得到全面发展。并且,该教学模式提高了对教师的教学能力要求,促使教师尝试不同的教育方式,是值得推荐的现代教学法。The paper discussed the application of web-based problem-based learning(PBL)and project leading methods in food processing technology teaching. In web-based environment,the two kinds of teaching methods used in teaching could cultivate students' self-study ability and innovation ability. Accordingly,the methods could improve the students' overall quality. Meanwhile,this teaching methods required teachers to improve their professional quality and explore new teaching philosophy and methods. It should be popularized in modern teaching area.
