摘　　要：针对上海市进口葡萄酒现状,开展了113个不同价位的葡萄酒样品的理化指标分析,并对上海市进口量较大的两款葡萄酒进行了调查,分析讨论了其年份、价格分布、销售渠道。结果表明,不同销售渠道的同款葡萄酒价格差异较大。葡萄酒理化指标不合格项目主要为酒精度与标签不符,以及柠檬酸、铁、山梨酸含量超标,样品的不合格率与价格档次存在负相关。进口葡萄酒仍存在质量安全风险和假冒伪劣隐患,亟需相关法律法规的完善以及相应标准检测方法的制定与规范。Based on the status quo of imported wines in Shanghai,Physical and chemical indicators were analyzed for 113 wine samples at different prices.The market investigation on two wines with large import volumes in Shanghai was conducted by a comprehensive investigation of the wine vintage,price distribution and sales channels.The results showed that the prices of the same wine from different sales channels were quite different.The unqualified items of physical and chemical indicators of wine were mainly ascribed to the inconsistency between alcohol content and label,and the content of citric acid,iron and sorbic acid exceeding the standard.The unqualified rate of the sample was negatively correlated with the price grade.There were still risks of quality,safety,counterfeit and shoddy in imported wines.It is imperative to improve the relevant laws and regulations and the formulation and standardization of corresponding standard testing methods.
