摘 要:[目的]评价情景模拟联合Seminar教学法在五官科护理学中的应用效果。[方法]以国际护理协会临床模拟与学习协会(INACSL)发布《最佳模拟实践标准:模拟设计》为实践指南,将60名学生随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用情景模拟联合Seminar教学法,对照组应用传统教学法,对两组学生的教学效果进行评价。[结果]观察组学生考试成绩、临床思维能力均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学效果的评价较好。[结论]在五官科护理学教学中应用情景模拟联合Seminar教学有助于促进学生的知识建构、提高临床思维能力及教学满意度。Objective:To evaluate the application effect of scenario simulation combined with Seminar teaching method in ENT nursing.Methods:The International Association of Clinical Simulation and Learning(INACSL)published the"Best Practice Practice Standard:Simulation Design"as a Practice guide.A total of 60 students were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The students in observation group used scenario simulation combined with the Seminar teaching method,The students in control group used the traditional teaching method.Teaching effect of two groups of students were evaluated.Results:The test scores and clinical thinking ability of students in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Students in observation group gave a better evaluation on the teaching effect.Conclusions:The application of scenario simulation combined with Seminar teaching in the teaching of ENT nursing was beneficial to promote students′knowledge construction,improve their clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
