摘　　要：随着我国人民群众的生活水平不断提高,传统饮料的解渴功能已远远不能满足消费者的需求,功能性饮料越来越多的受到大家的青睐。牛大力绿茶保健饮料具有良好的养生保健效果,具有一定开发空间和市场前景。文章介绍牛大力生长、种植及在广西的分布情况,简述牛大力的传统利用方式和现代研究成果,分析牛大力绿茶保健植物饮料生产的可行性和市场前景及经济效益,为牛大力、绿茶资源的新产品开发提供借鉴和参考。With the continuous rise of Chinese people’s living standards,the quenching function of traditional beverage is not sufficient to meet the needs of the consumers.Thus,functional beverage is gaining more and more popularity.Millettia speciosa Champ and green tea health care beverage enjoys good health care effects,so it has certain development space and market prospect.The growth,planting technology and distributions in Guangxi of Millettia speciosa Champ are introduced in this paper.The traditional utility pattern and modern research results of it are also briefly introduced here.In addition,the feasibility,market prospect and economic benefits of blending Millettia speciosa Champ with green tea together to make a health care beverage are also discussed,aimed at providing references value for the development of new products of Millettia speciosa Champ and green tea.
