摘　　要：研究型大学继续教育在构建完善的终身教育体系、加快建设学习型社会等方面发挥着重要作用。我国研究型大学继续教育具有学科、平台、区域和国际化的优势,当前发展迅速,但需要避免若干办学误区,明确面向行业中高端人才和综合性人才开展教育培训,结合自身优势确立发展定位,通过实施品牌化、特色化、差异化的高层次发展战略,强化继续教育内涵建设、引导开展教学创新,加强教学支持服务,提升从业人员综合素质,厘清继续教育管理和各办学主体职能,加强全局统筹和品牌认证,以实现人才培养目标,继续提升继续教育质量。The continuing education of research-oriented university plays an important role in building a perfect lifelong education system and accelerating the construction of learning society.The continuing education of research-oriented universities in China has the advantages of discipline,platform,region and internationalization,and is developing rapidly at present.However,it is necessary to avoid some misunderstandings in running schools,make clear that education and training should be carried out for middle and high-end talents in the industry and comprehensive talents,and establish the development orientation in combination with their own advantages.To achieve the goal of talent training and continue to improve the quality of Continuing Education Quantity,the development strategies include:the implementation of the high-level development strategy of brand,characteristic and differentiation;strengthening the connotation construction of continuing education,guiding the development of teaching innovation;strengthening the teaching support service,improving the comprehensive quality of the employees;clarifying the functions of the management of continuing education and each school running subject,strengthening overall planning and brand certification.
