摘 要:目的探讨拟PBL教学模式和角色扮演法在中医临床问诊带教中的应用效果。方法将《中医内科学》中4个病种作为问题导向,由学生在临床带教老师指导下,进行查阅文献、剧本编写、SSP(学生饰演标准化病人,student standardized patients)排练及表演,再以问题为结尾,使学生在掌握专业知识的前提下培养临床思维能力、探索意识和实践能力。结果学生一致认为形式新颖、内容丰富、涵盖面广,对中医问诊学习有很大收获,对真实标准化病人考试有很大帮助。结论PBL教学模式加角色扮演相结合的中医临床问诊带教方法弥补了传统教学模式缺乏生动性和教学资料缺乏的不足,调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性,提高了临床问诊带教质量,是一种确切可行的教学模式。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching model with role play in the teaching of Chinese medicine clinical consultation.Methods Four diseases of“the internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine”are the guide problems in clinical teaching.The students do the literature,script writing,the SSP(students standardized patients)rehearsals and performances under the guidance of the teacher.Then end with a question,so that the students can in the master professional knowledge under the precondition of cultivating clinical thinking ability,also explore consciousness and practice ability.Results The students agreed that the form was novel.The content was rich and the coverage was wide.Which made them greatly benefited the learning of TCM consultation,and greatly helped the examination of real standardized patients.Conclusion The PBL teaching mode combined with role play makes up for the lack of vitality and teaching materials in the traditional teaching mode.Which also arouses students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,thus improves the quality of clinical teaching.It is a feasible teaching mode.
