摘 要:目的比较LBL教学法与CBS联合PBL教学法在感染科的运用效果。方法将感染科2018年5月—2019年4月的60名实习护生随机分为2组,对照组30名,采用LBL教学法;实验组30名采用CBS联合PBL教学法,通过2种教学方法教学后,对2组护生进行理论考核、操作考核、案例分析考核及教学质量评价。结果实验组的理论考核、操作考核、案例分析考核的考核成绩均优于对照组P<0.001,实验组的教学质量评分为92.1分,而对照组的教学质量评分为75.87分。实验组教学质量评分明显高于对照组。结论CBS联合PBL教学法在感染科护生的教学中运用效果理想,值得大力推广。Objective To compare the application effect of LBL teaching method with CBS combined with PBL teaching method in infectious department.Methods From May 2018 to April 2019,60 nursing students in infection department were randomly divided into two groups.30 in the control group used LBL teaching method,and 30 in the experimental group used CBS and PBL teaching method.After two teaching methods,the two groups of nursing students were evaluated in theory,operation,case analysis and teaching quality.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,operation assessment and case analysis assessment in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.001).The score of teaching quality in the experimental group was 92.1,while that in the control group was 75.87.The score of teaching quality in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of CBS combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in infectious department is ideal,and it is worth promoting vigorously.
