摘　　要：墨子的教学目标思想建立在其深厚的社会学、心理学和人性学基础之上,由此他提出了教学目标的层次性。这一思想对现代职业教育的重大启迪是因材施教。具体而言,一是需要进行分类测试、分类招生;二是要分层次、分类型进行课程设计;三是在教学实践中要遵循分类教学与分层教学相结合的原则。Mozi’s thought of teaching objectives is based on his profound sociology, psychology and human nature, so he puts forward the hierarchy of teaching objectives. The important enlightenment of this thought to modern vocational education is to teach students according to their aptitude. Specifically speaking, it is necessary to carry out classification test and enrollment;second, it is necessary to carry out curriculum design in different levels and types;third, it is necessary to follow the principle of combining classified teaching with hierarchical teaching in teaching practice.
