摘  要:教师作为高职院校的主体,其教育和能力水平直接影响学校教学质量的高低,对高职院校教学质量的评价主要是对教师工作的评价,因此为高职院校构建科学合理的教师教学质量评价体系就显得至关重要。该文以长春金融高等专科学校为例进行分析,探讨KPI在教师教学质量评价体系中的应用,以期能为其他高职学院建立和完善教师教学质量评价体系提供有益参考。Teachers are the main body of higher vocational colleges.Their educational level and abilities have a direct impact on the teaching quality of these colleges.The evaluation of teaching quality in higher vocational col leges is mainly about evaluating teachers'per formance.Therefore,it appears to be very important to build up a scientific and reasonable evaluation systems of teachers'teaching performance for higher vocational colleges.This article will discuss the application of KPI in the evaluation system of teachers'teaching quality and take Changchun Finance College as an analytical example.Hopefully it can provide useful references for other higher vocational colleges to establish and improve their evaluation system of teachers'teaching quality.
