摘  要:实验教学是食品科学与工程专业体系中重要组成部分,通过对食品科学与工程专业实验教学现状分析,以OBE理念为指导,围绕课程与专业培养目标达成度,整合现有课程资源,按照学理逻辑,对接企业岗位需求,以真实工作项目为载体,构建"2+1"食品科学与工程专业实验教学体系;以学生为中心,改革教学模式,不仅强化了学生的实践技能,而且提升了学生的职业素养。Experiment teaching was an important part of the food science and engineering specialty system,and the present situation of experiment teaching of food science and engineering specialty was analyzed.Based on OBE idea,centering on the achievement scale of courses and specialty training objectives,integrating existing courses resources,according to academic logic,docking with the post demand of enterprises,and taking real work items as carriers,the experimental teaching system of"2+1"food science and engineering specialty was constructed.Student-centered reform of teaching mode not only strengthened students’practical skills,but also improved students’professional quality.
