摘  要:就业市场对高职社会体育专业人才的能力要求主要包括工作技能、职业素养、职业资格证书。但目前高职社会体育专业人才培养存在不足,主要表现为培养目标不明确、课程设置不合理、实践教学不重视等。为改进这些不足,准确定位人才培养目标,对接市场需求;优化课程体系设置,提高学生综合素养;重视实践教学,增强学生的社会适应能力和就业竞争力。采取这些方法,不仅增强学生知识应用水平,提高学生就业率,而且缩短工作岗位适应期,提升用人单位满意度。The job market's requirements for high-level social sports professionals mainly include work skills,professional qualities,and professional qualification certificates.But at present,there are deficiencies in the training of social sports professionals in vocational colleges,which are mainly manifested in the unclear training objectives,the unreasonable curriculum setting,and the lack of practical teaching.In order to improve these deficiencies,we should accurately locate the goal of talent cultivation and meet market demand;optimize the curriculum system and improve students'comprehensive literacy;and attach importance to practical teaching to enhance students'social adaptability and employment competitiveness.Adopting these methods not only enhances the students'knowledge application level and improves the student's employment rate,but also shortens the period of adaptation to the job position and improves the employer's satisfaction.
