摘 要:确立教育立德树人的根本任务,辉映着教育伦理学转向的文化胜任力发展观。主体性哲学孕育了教育认识论,将教学规定为一种特殊认识活动,高扬个人主体性,解蔽主体胜任力发展,却僭越了课堂里一众他者。为消解主体性的“精致利己主义陷阱”,教育认识论自我超越地走向教育社会学,澄明教学的“我-你”主体间特殊社会交互活动性,凸显交往胜任力的发展,但却乌托邦化了“我-你-他”的平等教育世界理想。教育伦理学凸显他者性,匠心独运“为他”的责任担当和文化胜任力养成,教学成为一种“我-你-他”彻底平等的实在世界,人之成人的文化兴趣与终极意义得以价值实现。从主体性到他者性的教育伦理学转向,饱含文化胜任力发展之“止于至善”理路。The establishment of the fundamental task of moral education reflects the development concept of cultural competence of educational ethics.The philosophy of subjectivity gives birth to educational epistemology,which regulates teaching and learning as a kind of special cognitive activity,unveils individual subjectivity and promotes the development of subjective competence,but it oversteps the others in the classroom.In order to dispel the“trap of refined egoism”of absolute subjectivity,educational epistemology transcends itself to educational sociology,which confirms teaching and learning as a special social interaction between“I-You”,emphasizes the development of interpersonal competence,but invalidates the ideal of constructing an equal educational world of“I-you-he”.Educational ethics creatively manifests the nature of otherness,highlights the ethical responsibility and the cultivation of cultural competence to others,which makes cultural interest and ultimate significance of being a man been realized,as teaching and learning being a completely equal world of reality.The orientation of educational ethics from subjectivity to otherness is unfolding a reasonable road of the development of cultural competence to the“stop at perfection”in front of us.
