摘 要:我国师范教育人才培养重点已从掌握专业知识和技能的基本要求,转向处理复杂问题的思维方式训练,促进批判与创新思维发展的教学策略成为关键环节。研究基于扎根理论,通过目的性抽样,对具有批判与创新思维教学培养实践经验的12位教师进行半结构化的访谈,运用NVivo12软件对收集的访谈资料进行质性分析,构建出面向师范生批判与创新思维培养的教学策略模型。结果表明,面向师范生批判与创新思维培养的教学策略主要有五种:支架式教学、启发式教学、项目式教学、构建协作学习和多元评价反馈。该理论为促进师范教育批判与创新思维培养提供了基本理论依据。The focus of talent training in normal education in China has shifted from the basic requirements of mastering professional knowledge and skills to the training of thinking mode to deal with complex problems,and the teaching strategy to promote the development of critical and innovative thinking has become the key link.Based on the grounded theory,this study conducted semi-structured interviews with 12 teachers with practical experience in critical and innovative thinking teaching and training through purposeful sampling,and with the software of NVivo12,it had a qualitative analysis of the interview data,and constructed a teaching strategy model for critical and innovative thinking training of normal students.The results have showed that there are five teaching strategies for the cultivation of critical and innovative thinking of normal students:scaffolding teaching,heuristic teaching,project-based teaching,structured collaborative learning and multiple evaluation feedback.This theory provides a theoretical basis for promoting the cultivation of critical and innovative thinking in normal education.
