摘　　要：该文对样品前处理QuEChERS技术在食品安全检测中的应用进展进行综述。QuEChERS是以固相萃取技术和基质固相分散技术为基础的前处理技术,对该技术的改良、发展等方面进行详细介绍,综述近10年QuEChERS在食品安全领域中农药残留、兽药残留、真菌毒素、非法添加物等领域的应用。QuEChERS样品前处理技术具有快速、简单、便宜、有效、可靠、安全的特点。QuEChERS技术优于食品安全检测中的常规样品前处理技术,为其他复杂体系的检测提供了前处理技术的参考。Advances in application of QuEChERS sample preparation technique are summarized in food safety detection.Qu ECh ERS technique of sample preparation is an effective sample preparation approach based on solid-phase extraction technique and matrix solid-phase disperse technique.Modifications and improvements to the original QuEChERS protocol are described in detail.Rapid development of QuEChERS technique is reviewed from last decade in food safety field,pesticide residues,veterinary drugs residues,mycotoxins,illegal additive and so on.The QuEChERS sample preparation technique is quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe.QuEChERS protocol provides a better analytical performance than conventional extraction procedures in food safety detection.It provides an useful reference for the detection and application of other complex sample system in the future.
