摘  要:目的探讨基础护理技能混合式教学模式的开展及效果评价。方法选取2019级护理专业的2个班级,分为试验组和对照组。在教学中采用课前导学、课中实践、课后强化及课外提升四个阶段开展混合式教学,课程结束后对比两组的课程成绩、学生自主学习能力及教学满意度进行效果评价。结果试验组的基础护理技能期末考试成绩、自主学习能力及教学满意度均高于对照组。结论基础护理技能混合式教学设计在课程改革中取得了较好成效。应促进教师教学能力及信息技术和手段在课堂中的常态化使用,以促进教学改革与实践、提高课堂教学质量。Objective To explore the development and effect evaluation of mixed teaching model of basic nursing skill teaching design based on teaching ability competition.Methods Two classes of grade 2019 nursing specialty were selected as the experimental group and the control group.The mixed teaching was carried out in four stages:preclass guidance,in class practice,after class strengthening and extracurricular improvement.After the course,the course scores,students’autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared to evaluate the effect.Results The final examination results of basic nursing skills,autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Based on the background of teaching ability competition,the teaching design of basic nursing skills has achieved good results in the curriculum reform.Teachers should take the teaching ability competition as an opportunity to transform the results of the competition,promote the normal use of teachers’teaching ability and information technology and means in the classroom,let the teaching ability competition promote teaching reform and practice,and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
