校企合作模式下食品专业实习教学的改革探索

摘　　要：实习课程是提高食品专业学生创新创业能力和工程实践能力的必要环节,大力推行校企合作、产教融合对地方应用型本科食品专业人才培养具有重要意义。以地方应用型本科院校黄山学院食品专业为例,通过分析食品专业实习课程实践中存在问题,在搭建校企合作平台基础上,重点从实习课程目标构建、实习基地建设与管理、实习教学过程设计、教学质量评价体系建立等方面进行实习课程改革,探讨校企合作模式下食品专业实习课程实践教学体系的构建。以期为促进地方应用型本科院校食品专业实习教学质量提升提供借鉴,适应新时期食品专业人才培养要求。Practice courses are a necessary link to improve students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability and engineering practice ability.It is great significance to promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises and the integration of production and education for the training of food specialty talents in local application-oriented universities.The food specialty of Huangshan University as an example,the existing problems in the practice courses were analyzed.On the basis of setting up a university-enterprise cooperation platform,the focus was on the construction of practice courses objectives,the construction and management of the practice base,the design of practice teaching process,and the establishment of teaching quality evaluation system.The construction of practice teaching system of food specialty under the university-enterprise cooperation model was explored.It could provide some references for the improvement of teaching quality of practice courses of food specialty in local application-oriented universities,and meet the needs of food professional talents cultivation in the new period.
