摘 要:随着社会压力增加,精神障碍的患病率逐年增高,尤其新冠疫情加速了疾病谱的变化,社会对精神医学知识的需求逐渐加大,而精神医学人才的培养更为社会及大众所关注。然而,传统以授课为基础的单向教学法存在局限性,不能满足现代临床教学需求,因此如何提升精神病学的教学效果就成为课堂教学及临床带教工作的痛点和难点问题。近年来有研究者将案例教学、模拟教学等新的教学模式引入精神病学本科教学中,进行了有意义的探索,并取得了一定的成效。本文对近年来精神病学的教学方法及临床实践模式进行综述,分析其优势和不足,并对今后精神病学的教学研究方向提出展望。With the increase of social pressure,the prevalence of mental disorders has been increasing year by year.Especially,the COVID-19 epidemic has accelerated the change of disease spectrum,and the demand for psychiatric knowledge has gradually increased,and the training of psychiatric talents has attracted more attention from the society and the public.However,the traditional lecture-based one-way teaching method has limitations and cannot meet the needs of modern clinical teaching.Therefore,how to improve the teaching effect of psychiatry has become a pain point and difficult problem in classroom teaching and clinical teaching.In recent years,some researchers have introduced new teaching models such as case teaching and simulation teaching into the undergraduate teaching of psychiatry,which have carried out meaningful exploration and achieved certain results.This article reviews the teaching methods and clinical practice model of psychiatry in recent years,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward the prospect of teaching research direction of psychiatry in the future.
