摘  要:乡村校长的价值引领与价值示范对我国乡村教育振兴的重要作用随着时代发展愈加显著。乡村校长的价值领导力是基于学校核心价值观对乡村学校师生及乡村社会价值观的规范、引导和整合能力,以乡村教师的价值建设、乡村学生的价值教育和乡村社会的价值引领为具体表征。乡村校长践行价值领导力,应澄清价值树立崇高而明确的价值观、凝练价值形成学校的核心价值观、引导价值让学校核心价值观被学校师生共同认可、实践价值将学校核心价值观物化为学校内部的管理制度,并融入学校具体管理工作之中。乡村校长要通过实践历练、引导互助和专业培训不断提升价值领导力。With the development of the times,the value leadership and demonstration of rural principals are playing a more and more important role in the revitalization of rural education in China.The value leadership of rural principals is based on the ability of the core values of the school to regulate,guide and integrate the values of teachers and students in rural schools and rural society,which is embodied in the value construction of rural teachers,the value education of rural students and the value guidance of rural society.To exert value leadership,rural principals should clarify values to establish lofty and clear values,refine values to form the core values of the school,guide values to make the core values of the school jointly recognized by teachers and students,practice values to materialize the core values of the school into the internal management system of the school and integrate them into the specific management work of the school.Rural principals should constantly improve their value leadership through practical work,guidance,mutual assistance and professional training.
