摘 要:泛在网络时代的到来使教育教学发生前所未有的革新。在线教学成为重要的教学方式之一,且与线下教学相辅相成。在线教学资源的开发与建设是有效开展教学的重要基础及保障。BOPPPS教学模型是一个强调学生参与和反馈的闭环教学过程模型,体现“学生为主体、教师为主导”的教育理念。在剖析BOPPPS模型内涵的基础上,以高职医学营养专业核心课程“食品卫生与安全”为例,探索基于该模型的在线教学资源建设方法及质量提升路径,并提出具体建设实例,为高职高专专业课程在线教学资源的开发建设提供借鉴。The advent of ubiquitous network era has brought unprecedented innovation to education and teaching. Online teaching has become one of the important teaching methods and complements offline teaching. The development and construction of online teaching resources are an important foundation and guarantee for effective teaching. The BOPPPS model is a closed-loop teaching process model that emphasizes students’ participation and feedback and embodies the educational concept of “students as the main body and teachers as the leading”. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of BOPPPS model as well as taking “food hygiene and safety” course as an example, the construction method and quality improvement path of online teaching resources based on this model are explored. A specific construction example is also put forward to provide reference for the development and construction of online teaching resources of professional courses in higher vocational colleges.
